This website is operated by Naarvix Solutions Private Limited, Balapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500005, India (“Naarvix”, “we”, “us”). Naarvix Solutions Private Limited is responsible for the information you submit through it.
Information you provide
The inquiry form asks for your name, email, phone number, optional organisation, area of interest and message. We use your phone number only to contact you about your inquiry. Please do not include sensitive personal information, identity documents or passwords.
Why it is used
Inquiry information is used only to understand and respond to your request. We send a confirmation to the email you provide and notify our team, including our founders, by email. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing communications.
Storage and delivery
Inquiries, consent records and email delivery status are stored in our MongoDB database. Transactional emails are sent through our Hostinger email service. An email failure does not erase a saved inquiry. If the database is unavailable, the form tells you that the inquiry could not be saved. To prevent abuse, we keep a one-way hash of your network (IP) address for up to 20 minutes to limit repeated submissions; it cannot be used to identify you and is deleted automatically.
Job applications and CVs
The jobs page (/jobs) asks you to verify your email with a one-time code, then for your name, phone number, city, education, experience, salary expectations, work preferences (such as remote or on-site, notice period, shifts and walk-in availability), optional links and a CV for each role you choose. We use these details to assess you for those roles and, with your agreement, share your profile and CV with the employers we recruit for. If you allow it, we keep your profile for future openings that match your skills. CVs are stored privately in Amazon Web Services (AWS S3, Hyderabad region) and your details in our MongoDB database; only our hiring team can open them. Uploading a new CV for the same role replaces and deletes the earlier one, and withdrawing an application deletes its CV.
Access and retention
Inquiry records are accessible only to the Naarvix Solutions Private Limited team handling requests, and are kept only for as long as we need them to respond to and follow up on your request.
